With over two decades of experience across education, nonprofit leadership, research, and strategic development, Dr. Harold brings a rare integration of scholarship, lived experience, and systems-level thinking. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of S.A.B.R.E.E. Enrichment Academy, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in honor of her beloved son, Sabree Marquis Daniel, and his cherished stepmother, Mrs. Renay Daniel. S.A.B.R.E.E. stands as both a memorial and a movement, committed to healing-centered education, generational resilience, and equity for children and families historically underserved by traditional systems.
Central to Dr. Harold’s work is a bold and unwavering commitment to global mentoring access. All proceeds generated through Dr. Sonji Fatima (Daniel) Harold, Inc., including books, educational content, speaking engagements, consulting efforts, and related professional endeavors, are intentionally directed to support and sustain the programs, platforms, and initiatives of S.A.B.R.E.E. Enrichment Academy, Inc. These proceeds fuel the expansion of global mentoring opportunities, ensuring that children, families, and emerging leaders across communities and countries have access to guidance, education, healing-centered resources, and life-affirming support regardless of geography or circumstance.

Her academic research and scholarly writing examine the intersection of resilience, trauma, maternal and infant health disparities, and educational outcomes, particularly for children born into marginalized communities. She is a contributing scholar to national and international medical and education forums, advancing equity-driven frameworks for perinatal, neonatal, early childhood, and family-centered care
.
As an author, Dr. Harold has written multiple books and companion workbooks focused on resilience, leadership, healing, and family systems, including From the Womb to the Classroom, Mothers Matter, and Fathers Matter, Too. Every publication is purpose-driven: proceeds are reinvested directly into S.A.B.R.E.E.’s mentoring ecosystem to expand access, strengthen infrastructure, and reach families worldwide.
Dr. Harold’s professional reach also includes extensive experience in nonprofit governance, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and program design. She has served on advisory boards and boards of directors for organizations supporting NICU and bereaved families, maternal-child health equity, and community healing initiatives. Her leadership consistently centers trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices while maintaining rigorous accountability, sustainability planning, and measurable outcomes.
All mission-aligned ventures operating under Dr. Sonji Fatima (Daniel) Harold, Inc. are intentionally structured to advance nonprofit impact rather than personal gain. Each effort functions as a sustainability mechanism: strengthening S.A.B.R.E.E.’s capacity to deliver global mentoring, education, and healing-centered support while preserving transparency, ethical stewardship, and donor trust.

At the heart of everything Dr. Harold does is a steadfast belief: people are not broken systems to be managed, but whole human beings to be honored, protected, and empowered. Whether mentoring youth, advocating for families, authoring scholarly work, designing programs, or leading organizations, she remains guided by empathy, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to justice-centered transformation.
Dr. Sonji Fatima (Daniel) Harold, Inc. exists not as a brand, but as a vessel for calling: one that channels every effort, every resource, and every success back into a single purpose: to build a global mentoring movement that elevates lives, restores hope, and ensures that no child or family walks their journey alone.
